So what is Eastern European cuisine? Well, St. Petersburg Night's dishes are based on delicious and hearty recipes that have been in our family for over two centuries, originating in Ismail, a port city on the Danube delta in the extreme southwest of Ukraine near the Black Sea. Guarded by a 14th-century fortress, Ismail has been populated in turn by Turks, Romanians, Moldavians, Ukrainians and, of course, Russians. Everyone brought something different to the table, so our family cookbook is as multicultural as it gets! And if you really want to experience a truly traditional Russian style of dining then try a "RUSSIAN BANQUET", an array of appetizers, entrees and desserts stating at only $35 per person (available daily)!
